Meet The Director

Mxolisi Ernest Mbaleki is the Founder and Director of Mbaleki Attorneys Inc, a distinguished legal practice defined by strategic advocacy, precision, and uncompromising professional excellence.

Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Mr Mbaleki brings to his practice a uniquely powerful combination of legal expertise, investigative experience, and forensic insight, positioning him to approach matters with analytical depth and strategic advantage.

Prior to his admission as an attorney, Mr Mbaleki served in various capacities within the South African Police Service, including as a Criminal Investigator and Forensic Analyst within the Forensic Science Laboratory. This background has equipped him with rare technical expertise in evidence analysis, investigative processes, and forensic procedure, which he now applies to litigation and complex legal matters.

Mr Mbaleki completed his practical vocational training with Legal Aid South Africa, where he gained extensive experience in criminal, civil, and family law matters, appearing in court and representing clients across a broad spectrum of legal disputes. He later served as an Associate Attorney at Xhanti Ngoqo Attorneys Inc, where he further refined his litigation, drafting, and advisory skills.

In his current role as Director, he leads the firm with a focus on strategic litigation, criminal defence, and complex dispute resolution, providing high-level legal counsel and courtroom advocacy to individuals, professionals, and businesses.
